Success looks like LPH staff having a deep understanding of what equity is, why it is important, and how community engagement is one tool to help advance equity in our state. Success also looks like OSHII staff having a robust understanding of those concepts and ability to support LPH staff in their work. Success is that equity is the standard in every project and that trust and empowerment is shared with community as much as possible to ensure they are co-leading solutions and projects that are meaningful to their every day needs.
