1. Better information/communication, with ICT lab responsabils and teachers who daily access to network.

• More concrete support of the Governance like in Hermann's situation. Teachers should be teacher and not sistem adminstrators.
• Possibility  for every teacher to contact the administrator / sistem technician 
• Separate the school network to smaller subnet neworks instead of having one central router and a panel where all computers are connected.

• New computers  are needed, and maybe some projectors. Thinking about the nearly future, I would suggest to think about BYOD, and create a good network, organize policy in schools ( in a democratic way), GOOGLE APPS.
  In my ISTITUTE nowone for the moment cares about the pedicogical part of ICT, and I think this is a very big problem. It could make that in the future networks aren't functional for dialy using. It's already happening.
