In my opinion is Knowing how to communicate is important, but, not all are good with people from other countries especialy when you dondon't know well the lenguage

1. Start by knowing the place where you plan to live in the surrounding area.

2. Practice some activity to start getting to know people in the neighborhood.

   I think the advice is a good idea but we could also include others to be able to begin to adapt more quickly to this new place, meet more people and be able to learn not only their customs but also theyr traditions, so as not be left out of any activity in the neighborhood or with future new friends.
