The cost of learning and going to class sessions is less than the benefit of doing so because obtaining the information those sessions provide will allow us more opportunities in both school and life.

There's many more benefits to attending class/school than there are costs. The greatest benefit in my opinion is being able to gain information and clarity on a subject. However, the greatest cost I'd say is potentially not understanding the material due to overload of students or otherwise. There's a pretty equal amount of costs and benefits, but the benefits are better to me.

When analyzing the costs and benefits of class connects I tried to consider the intent of the schools choices and the things they could have overlooked while making said decisions. Personally I think getting an upfront connection and having the teacher explain lessons, assignments, quizzes to the class is one of the best benefits given.

The greatest cost however, is being restricted into focusing on class and class only instead of being able to multitask doing other circular actives while you still have the energy to. I think in the end it's good to go to your class connects, You get a better understanding of the thing you're studying! That's how it is for me at least.

The biggest cost of attending live sessions is how time consuming they can be. However, that time can be used for benefit. A great benefit would be getting to know your teacher for future benefits. For example, a recommendation letter. Overall, I believe there is greater benefits than there is costs.

There are many things I would say benefits attending class sessions and there are costs. The biggest benefit I would say helps me, would have to be understanding and getting help from the teachers about every assignment in the class. The cost would be not every time you will understand and will still have to ask many questions.
