Since I've learned violin I've been able to pick up other ones at a quicker pace, too.

Since guitar is not very much alike to a violin, it was challenging to learn another instrument and another playing style. It also took time to learn how to play the songs i wanted to play.

Listening to music helps me find songs to learn and songs that I can play, and you can listen to music while doing almost anything.
