Jobs: For proposals, job applications, etc, make the panel "blind" against gender equality, as a first filter.

Public life: if you are representing a country, you should aim for a 50/50 representation, in the sense of being representative of the population.

Public fundings: promote diversity researches and make them public.

Possitive reinfursement to promote gerder equality actions (recognition, prize, etc.)
