It reduces productivity and creates stress for the employees as well as lack of participation. Holding meetings in a virtual site would allow employees to be close to clients and reduce client absence.

Why - Employee are required to meet and discuss status of clients, new concepts, new programs and processes.

     a.  Allow participation synchronously for collaboration
     b.  Facilitator will need to monitor this and assure all participate as it is easy to sit back in a virtual meeting and allow others to provide input.
2.  Create a meeting place via Lookup to post process changes, client challenges and updates for written response every other week.
     a.  Employees can respond at any time and provide some thoughtful insights. 
     b.  Some employees may respond with minimal effort and this can be monitored by management to assure all respond and do so  with effort.
3.  Have the meetings prior to the start of the day one a week and allow for flex time for attending.
     a.  Not all employees will meet prior to their scheduled work day and being late and not attending will still be an issue.
