This is to inform you that when I was checking out the data of beneficiaries, I found out that there were missing data, so I suggest that we contact the IT department and ask them for help.
In case we didn't get the problem sold, I think we should look for the missing data in the archive so that we may find the original hard copies of the data.

 I hope this finds you well, when I reviewed the data of Roj camp I noticed there are some missing data like date of birth and gender, as you know those missed data are so important for our annual report, so I suggest to resolve this issue by asking the program and MEAL teams to recollect the data from those beneficiaries and make sure that they will fix the data, I am ready

resolve it.

please be informed that today during my Review to data of Beneficiaries of Al Hol-Camp ( DFID -Round 3 ), I discovered that there aren't complete in the period ( 6-Dec-22 to 7-Dec-22 ) especially the column of Name and Age ,after checking with Colleagues who share same data on Box , it seems the problem is only in my Box (not updated ) ,and I asked support from IT ,and I think that the case is solved now and every thing is OK NOW  .
