Work forces changed from manual labor to machine labor and women were eventually allowed to work. The states went from being farmers to business men.  </div>]]></description>

He ran a front porch campaign in 1896 he is one of the best known front porch campaigns. William McKinley was from Canton, Ohio and he won the election. This victory had marked the end of the populist party. </div>]]></description>

Railroads where big on the transportation of goods and people. The railroads brought more money to the economy which was good for all the businesses.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'd say the most interesting thing we learned throughout this unit was the people. I think its kind of interesting to know that some of these men were from Ohio or the thing they did was is Ohio. Like Rockefeller his standard oil industry was located in Cleveland Ohio only and hour away. William McKinley was from Canton Ohio which is right down the street like 20 minutes. Its cool to see how much the city's have changed from then to now. </div>]]></description>

They also allow women to work in the work force. If it never happened women and children may still be working from home. We also have a better economy and wealthier people. </div>]]></description>
