For some time I had been survey and observed of their way to maintain and attract customer to visit their shop. First, there are many choices of food and drinks for customer to have their breakfast, lunch or dinner here. The price also suitable and reasonable for customer to enjoy their meals. Moreover, many choices of drinks and foods attract more customer to have a visit here with comfortable environment. Therefore, I had calculated for 26 employees salaries and waited them come and sign their slip salaries face to face. Some employees cannot understand calculation of their overtime rate and I explained for them until they can understand of their rate of salaries. Even though we cannot communication very well since most of them come from others country, but I try my best to give them understand my language and sometimes I ask helps from my work partner when we really cannot communicate at all.
