Lets say America didn't write laws to see but annouced about 200 laws to remember... Now that would be really just bad. In court they would be like, "But I didn't remember that law!" But Hammurabi had a code which was written so people didn't have to remember and it shows what truly what is bad and what isnt bad.</div>]]></description>
