Many people go into a bathroom everyday. Whenever they go to wash their hands, they turn on the faucet. People's hands have bacteria on them that causes the water handle to get a lot of bacteria on it. They also still have bacteria on their hands after they wash them. After they wash their hands, then they turn off the water.
