I will find ways to help them communicate best because I have seen how insightful these individuals can be when properly supported. 
2. I will ensure I am always including them in decisions that involve meeting their needs. They know themselves best. They can think for themselves. Including them in decisions will only help them be more successful. 
3. I commit to advocating for these individuals. I see their potential and I see them as equal. I want them to have the same rights as us and I want them to be heard. Countless times I have been inspired and moved by hearing what self-advocates have to say. I want others to be able to hear these voices as well.
