-Reporting cases of sexism and harassment

Question the actions of those around you and inquire about actions that may be stereotypical. Don't be afraid to raise your voice and inform your associates.

-Share the household chores and childcare equality

With this both men and women are working on the basic things that both need to do, those chores are from both of them because both live in the house and both have the children.

-Educate children as equal.

In some families boys and girls aren't educated as equally, for example, the girls aren't allowed to do the same things as the boys because they are “girls”.

-To do activities that integrate everyone, in the same way as work on gender equity and equality.

The idea might be that all the people will be in activities that are challenging for both genders in a way that they can both do and demonstrate that they can both do, such as cleaning, sports or cooking.

-Listen and reflect

One of the main obstacles to solve this problem is that many people do not think that this is real and do not hear what women have to say, so with this action women can be listened to and men can try to understand their point of view of the situation.
