I was kind to myself by getting some exercise.It was hard!   

I helped my friend think up  exquisite  plans for her mother’s birthday.

 

I was kind to myself by doing Marathi revision so that I wouldn’t forget what I learned.

I was kind to myself by learning new skills like making the bed,learning how to make lemonade,how to make a sandwich and learning how to make hot chocolate. 

I was kind to Earth by not wasting food.

Learning new skills that make you self reliant,

Eating healthy food

Reading books,

Doing creative things,

And standing up for yourself when you are being bullied.

Some new skills I learnt recently at the beginning of my road to independence are things like making lemonade,washing the dishes,making hot chocolate,making a sandwich,etc.

 1. I pet and fed a stray dog that was adopted by a restaurant that I visited. . 

2. I helped my great grandmother move around on a wheelchair while we were on a trip together.
 
3. I was kind to my younger friends and helped to babysit them and shared my toys and snacks with them.

4. I celebrated my helper’s birthday by cutting a cake with her.

5. I donated to charity so that unwell children could have toys and gifts at Christmas.
