They play with a giant bowling set, and obtain an apple from the enchanted tree. Jealous, the giant fights them, causing his companion’s eyes get gouged out, revealing the son’s true fear: losing his loved ones.

The giant throws the companion off a cliff and the companion's eyes grew back thanks to a magical river. The son and his companion fight the giant, and win.

one challenge we faced was that the layout and game designs were abrupt and did not flow well (ie: from an intense game that builds the players' adrenaline, to a chill and relaxed making of candy apples and eating onion rings. we were advised to think about the feelings of our players and how they would feel having on through it and change it accordingly. hence we made the candy apple making into a competition which also builds adrenaline and is in relation to the main takeaway we wish to imply for our players.
