These symptoms are common with Influenza (the flu), which can be highly contagious. It could also be mono or a cold.

Most of there symptoms are related there are a few outliers fro a few different people. Some of the ones that our related our fevers, body aches, and even cough/ sore throat.

We do not think this is a coincidence, we think it is just spreading fast.
