I went to a resort. The staffs are amazing, super friendly, eager to help. The resort also boosts sustainable living with large containers of toiletries instead of little bottles. They also source them form natural local brand, so less carbon footprints! The also have many indoors and outdoors activities for both children and adults; which awesome because adults need to have fun too!! They also gave us extra croissants for us to enjoy in our way home for giving them reviews at TripAdvisor.

There was a bit of a queue when we checked in so they asked us to wait in the lounge and provided us with lovely tasty warm welcome drinks. But then they forgot to call us and we got skipped in the queue. So it'll awesome that they equip their staff with tablets so they can do check in in the lounge with the guests instead of waiting the frontdesks to be available.

I receive a phonecall on recall for fuel pump for my car. The phone call is confirmed by a WA message a day before the service appointment. On the appointment in car workshop, the company recheck my car and offer additional services due to the KM of my car. Afterwards, since I am a employee of the same group, they offer discount for the total services.

Maybe modify the car workshop into a more cafe look. So customer that walks in would feel more welcome. with concierge, and welcome drinks. The car prior to entering workshop will be examined by robots (not people), then all analytics is done online by monitor.

The concierge would send an invitation card for me, personalized with a bucket of flower. Then they would offer to pick up the car or send a robotic scanner to my house by drone, to examine the car in my garage. Analytical condition of the car would be done on the spot, and results emailed to me directly. Concierge would give me a call to explain the works needed, then the car is transported manless to the workshop for repair.

This is when i go on my holiday to eat kobe beef at Yakiniku M restaurant in Osaka Japan. We came at night with my family and the place is fully seated and full booked for day. We talked to the manager in charge if is it possible to wait for the waiting list or if the other customers cancelled their booking. The manager then let my parents to wait on the chair near the bar and talk nicely to us. He even go accompanying us find near takoyaki place nearby. And when we finally get seated, the server is Indonesian as well that served us on bahasa.

My phone suddenly got screen blackout. I went to the service center, the customer service was nice, he directly check my phone, check the IMEI number, and maybe it is only took 15 minutes, I had the warranty claimed. After that my phone was repaired in 2 hours. it was fantastic, and the most important was there is no cost at all..

I travel to Jogja, and rent a car. And the car broke down in the middle of the road. I contacted the car rental call center. And they respond quickly. ask in detail what happened. And inform will send mechanic within 30 minutes. And they asked where we were. and giving advice on resting and waiting at a restaurant near the location of the car breaking down.
