We had 6 people/grade level, so an opportunity to get together and collaborate was welcomed. We used guiding questions and majority of the PLC focused on instruction and resources. It was entirely teacher led. No admin were present except on data review days post testing. Due to the fact that I have to guide and make my own curriculum. I never get anything out of PLC and is honestly a waste of my time from my experience.
