1) Find the reason for his teasing.

2) Show Peter how he would feel if he were to be teased by somebody else. (Learn empathy). Allow him to understand how would he feel if he's in the same situation.

3) Depends if Peter is remorseful or not, may need to escalate to parents if this is a recurring behaviour.

John can help to put the bag properly so that others would not step on it.
If John purposely does it, get John to clean the bag and apologise to Mary.
If John persists in his actions, remove the privilege of moving from his seat unless he gets permission from the teacher.
Sit John at another row, away from Mary.

Teacher to pause ask V & A if they have something to share with the class (related to the topic on hand). This will signal that the teacher is aware that they are not paying attention and are encouraging them to stay on task.
Should V & A continue talking, separate the students and letting them know that they will be back in their group once they have exhibited the expected behaviour.

1) Tell him to keep away the stationery, dont take away first, give him one chance, tell him what he should be doing, find out the reason of his misbehaviour first, then provide support if needed (e.g. explain further, provide more examples)

understand the reason behind the walking around habit.
talk with parents to understand better.
preventive method: use ice cream sticks to limit number of times he can walk around.
if need to walk around can suggest to seat the child at the sides or at the back so have more space for movement.
have a routine to help them reset their behaviour.
send student out to run errands.

low-key redirection "We'll talk later. For now, please get back on task." / "This isn't helping you or your friends."
Have a timer / simple task to help them reset.
Seating adjustment -to quieten down, "defuse", separate conflicts or reduce distractions.
