La comunidad es pequeño. Hay casi seis granjas, cinco tiendas, un centro comercial, y una escuela. La gente son generoso, simpático, y trabajador. No hay muchas turistas. Hay un monumento en la escuela, pero no hay otros monumentos o estatuas.

Llego a mi casa de la escuela a las tres de la noches. Llego a mi casa de la trabaja a las doce de la mañana. Estaciono mi coche en la entrada de coches y entro la casa en la sala de estar. En la cocina cocinamos. La sala de estar es el cuarto de familia y miramos la televisión. Bebo en la cocina y como en la sala de estar. Escucho música en mi dormitorio y la sala de estar cuando mis padres son en trabaja. Yo me ducho en el baño. A veces comemos en el comedor. Yo me visto y yo duermo en el dormitorio.

Mi atender Sancti Spiritus. En mi horario, tengo inglés primer periodo, comidas clase segundo, ciencas tercera y historia cuarto. El español empieza a las ocho de la mañana y termina a las nueve y media. Segundo periodo, las comidas, empieza a las nueve y treinta y tres de la mañana y termina a las once. Las ciencas empieza a las once y cinco de la mañana y termina a la una y veinticinco de la tardes. Cuarto periodo empieza a la una y treinta de la tardes y termina a las dos y cincuenta y cinco. Primer almuerzo empieza a las once y diez de la mañana y termina a las once y cuarenta.

The main differences between the Spanish and English languages are that you do not use -'s to show possession (instead you use de....), the j sounds like an h, and the marks above the letters tell you what letter sound needs to be focused on the most. What interested me the most about Costa Rican culture is how close knit everybody is and how they are very focused on their environment and the natural habitats. If I continue to study Spanish, I would like to learn how to use past and future tenses, so that I am able to write and speak a better conversation. There are many pros and cons to taking an online language class. The main pro is that you can go at your own pace, whereas in an actual classroom, you have to go at the speed as everyone else. The main con is that it's harder to explain what you are having trouble on, whereas in an actual classroom, you can just bring the paper to the teacher and point out the exact issue. I think that it would be beneficial to both the students and instructors if NCVPS made it possible for students to flag the specific question or activity they are having issues with as they complete the course so that you can go right to the source of the problem. To enable me to do the best in this course, I printed out all of my vocabulary lists and highlighted the Spanish words, the color depending on if they were a noun (yellow), verb (green), or adjective/adverb (blue) and I also kept a binder in which I organized everything by unit. I believe that in the future what would aid me the most is if I make flash cards to study during my free time. In order to help me with my learning, my instructor added videos and charts to the daily announcements and gave us feedback on every writing or speaking assignment. She even gave us words of encouragement at least two to three times a week that made me, personally, want to do the best I could on all of my assignments, even my practice vocabulary assignments. I think that she did everything to possible to help her students as much as she was able to, and in the end, it was exactly what I needed.
