Jonathan Barojas
March 27,2018
Keeper by Mal Peet
Rating out of 5:5

The novel starts off with El Gato who won the World cup which has been always his dream of winning it. He lived in a town where the jungle was. When El Gato went into the forest he met the Keeper were all things changed. He trained him very well that he became a goalkeeper as good as him. Without the Keeper he wouldn't of won the World Cup. "There were bigger clubs wanting to buy you. Foreign clubs too. Juventus, Chelsea, Atletico Madrid. But chose to stay in godforsaken San Jean." (pg 166) In which it says that all his training got him to bigger clubs for the hard work that he has done. I don't really dislike anything, because soccer is my favorite sport, and there's nothing that I don't like.
