The boy baby boy was given more ice cream scoops then the baby girl simply because of his gender. If you produce the same amount of work as each other it is expected for you to receive the same award, but women are always given less. Women are also humans too. There is no reason as to why they deserve less then men. This will m=make people realize how it is not fair for women to receive less for their work.
