In Puerto Rico some traditions are Parades. One of the big parades Puerto Rico has every January is Three kings day. Three Kings Day is on January 6th. It is celebrated for the three men who went to visit Jesus and brought him gifts. A piece of traditional clothing typically for men in Puerto Rico is the guayabera. Which is a open necked button up here in U.S.. Women typically wear flowy dresses or skirts that are brightly colored.

Most tourist that visit Puerto Rico visit historical places, eat cultural food, and go to the beaches. One historical place to visit is El Morro. El Morro was a popular military base used for two World Wars. El Morro began in the 1500's. Its also known for the oldest fort in Caribbean. The most popular city to visit is San Juan. In San Juan you can visit the San Cristobal Fortress. It is know for being the biggest fortress built in the Americas. If i were to visit this country I would chose to visit these two places along with the beaches located there.

My favorite part of Puerto Rico is all the fun and exiting things there is to experience. If I had to choose one of my favorite sceneries it would be watching the sunset on their beaches. Another exiting part of researching Puerto Rico was learning all about the history and events that took place. Living in Arizona we have amazing sunsets aswell but not the same sceneries. Arizona also does not have a ton of exiting places to go except the Grand Canyon and other big places.
