         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learning how to take criticism or disagreement and don't take it as a personal attack. It can shut down discussion which is counter-productive.<br><br>Knowing when to raise certain topics/issues - is a team meeting always appropriate? Will it make others feel uncomfortable?<br><br>Recognise that everybody in the team is still managing this situation differently and be open with the team about how this might affect your work and behaviours<br><br>Understanding that the pandemic has affected everyone differently, but we should have agreed expectations for when we're in work. This is the new normal now, we have to make it work so it doesn't feel like we are compromising on things.<br><br>We need to have the space to be ourselves.&nbsp;<br><br>Understand that if you are challenged on your viewpoint or approach that you are not being 'told off'. We are professional adults, try not to see disagreements as personal. We all get things 'wrong' from time to time, or as things change, that's fine as long as we learn from it. Nobody thinks any less of someone who makes mistakes and learns.<br><br>There are things going on outside of the meetings, outside of work that can put people under added stress and pressure.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Remembering that all our roles bring something valuable to the team and that we're on the SAME team. We're working with each other, not against.<br><br>we're all here because we're qualified. Everyone's opinion carries the same weight, but that doesn't mean anyone is being discounted if their idea isn't used. I trust my colleagues to tell me when what I propose is viable, and when it needs to be adapted.&nbsp;<br><br>Trusting that we are all working to the same rule book, making sure that when we are given tasks we can all trust that we will stick to it and work on it<br><br>I want to trust that everyone is putting in the same.<br><br>If sharing work completed outside a meeting then make sure it is as discussed if done in a group.<br><br>Storing documents and resources on the shared drive/teams openly<br><br>feedback on Teams in the form of hearts/thumbs etc should be used for all participants/communications.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Active listening when others are speaking<br><br>Keeping cameras on throughout meetings<br><br>Where possible having cameras on.&nbsp; We only see each other once a week :)<br><br>wanting to share things that you have done or made, not just because they are useful to your team, but because you are proud of them and enjoyed it.<br><br>listening with positive body language and always using emojis.<br><br>Actively engaging in the chat we have before meetings.<br><br>sharing non work experiences to help with team building.<br><br>If you have an idea share it, don't sit on it. Don't feel like you have to wait to be told to do something, work on it share it and ask the team for their contributions<br><br>For us all to be brave enough to challenge/raise something when we don't think it is right. At the same time, being able to take that onboard if we have created the problem (then putting it to bed).&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Being present in meetings with your camera on, sharing ideas, contributing to tasks given even if our of your comfort zone - Working as a team<br><br>keep pushing ourselves to broaden our skill-sets. I think our team often slips into 'oh you're good at that and I'm not', and although we should use our existing skills, we're all here to develop, to keep learning and broaden our contribution.<br><br>Make your voice heard and keep cameras on. We all know how hard it is to talk to black screens - we wouldn't turn our backs in a meeting.&nbsp;<br><br>Sharing best practice, new skills we have learnt and resources helps the development of the whole team.&nbsp;<br><br>Teamwork makes the dream work. &nbsp;<br><br>We need to share the load and respect each other enough to complete work if in a group. Also to not give tight deadlines as some of us want longer than a few hours.<br><br>Working together to produce the very best activities/events/resources/content that we can all be proud of, collaborating and getting other members of the team to review before we share<br><br>Being silent isn't a constructive response. We all have ideas and opinions, and should share them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our team is built up of different job roles however, our efforts and passion for the end result should be equal. Sometimes we have to work on big team activities to get them done and we should enjoy this time and celebrate a new 'beginning' rather than worrying about who's doing what<br><br>respecting the fact that everyone works differently, but knowing that our outputs need to be comparable.&nbsp;<br><br>Understanding that even though there are different job roles, that there is a common goal.&nbsp;<br><br>accepting others view points but not necessarily agreeing with them.<br><br>We all need to feel valued and that we all have a share of things to say and do.<br><br>Working together as a team, we may have different job titles and grades but we work for the same University. Our roles complement each other to deliver the objectives of Outreach and we need to feel valued and respected as part of the team</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Being solution-focused, rather than negatively focusing on issues or problems. Realistic goals are important, but so is trying to be innovative. It can really slow down the process and can feel a bit disheartening to be met with barriers consistently.<br><br>Respect each others ideas, allow colleagues to come to you with ideas and respect their time.&nbsp;<br><br>I don't want to feel like I am going to be "told off" for doing something wrong when I haven't realised I'm doing it. I want us just to behave in a nice manner to each other not feel like we are under pressure. I don't like the term "being policed". Sorry.....<br><br>Respecting others work, time and input.&nbsp;<br><br>individual abilities are respected, appreciated and used. Team members should not feel like they need to compete, but offer different skills of their own.<br><br>We all have different ways of working which need to be respected whether in an office or online.&nbsp;<br><br>We are professionals who can discuss points, but this should be done in a respectful manner especially if disagreeing.<br><br>giving everyone a chance to contribute to meetings/sessions and catch-ups.<br><br>we all need to be kind to each other especially when difficult to sometimes contribute to discussions.<br><br></div>]]></description>
