         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>배추손질(배추를 준비하고 지저분한 잎을 때다. 그리고 배추를 3번정도 씻는다.) 2. 배추 절이기(간수 잘 빠진 천일염 1/2컵을 준비한다. 그리고 배추에 솔솔 뿌려서 2시간 정도 절여준다. 그리고 중간에 두 번 정도 뒤집어 주어 절여주세요 3. 헹구기 절인 배추는 물에 3번 정도 씻어주세요 채반에 건져서 물기를 빼준다. 4. 야채 손질 자르기 쪽파는 4cm 정도로 자르고 당근도 채썰고 양파를 채썬다. 5. 배추김치 양념 만들기 고춧가루 6큰술, 다진마늘 2큰술, 생강 1 작은술,까나리 액젓 3큰술, 매실청 3큰술 넣어준다. 썰어둔 양파,당근,쪽파를 넣어 양념을 잘 버무려 때깔이 나도록 버무려 준다. 6 배추 넣어 버무리기 배추 절인것을 넣어 겉절이 양념에 맛깔나게 버무려 주어요(겉절이로 먹고싶으면 냉장고에 6시간 넣어놓으면 됩니다.)</p></li></ol>]]></description>
