    Hi everyone, thank you as always for your input into the Team Values session last week.   Here is our summary of things we would like to do more of:

    • Working together sharing skills and developing new skills. These could be online not just face to face
    • Boost morale by including icebreakers in all meetings but to tailor them where possible. 
    • More opportunities to work across teams and get to know colleagues
    • Some more social opportunities for when people are on campus
    • More sessions around all our different skills and expertise
    • Engaging better with academic staff clients
    • Making team values visible and part of new staff induction
