Lot's of in lesson feedback- circulating and annotating. When I give students feedback verbally I ask them to write it down straight away. I avoid almost all traditional marking like the plague until A-Level. The time taken v. impact is nowhere near worth it in my exp. For assessment I generally annotate my markscheme as I go and look for interesting mistakes that the whole class can benefit from as well as patterns and common misconceptions.
