They want to raise federal minimum wage, expand worker's rights, promote economic equality

Strengths: Mainly appeals to the working class citizens, due to it's focus on protections of the common citizen through legislation and regulation. Wants to maximize the public goods the government offers.

Weaknesses: Critics claim that it inhibits the natural law of things eventually evening out, and government interference just creates more issues, and leading to more interference (like in cartoons when the character plugs one hole just for two more to appear).

Political Reform: Advocates for reform in fundraising and campaign support to end monetary influence in politics, wants term limits for elected officials

Economics: Focus primarily on protecting American jobs for citizens, oppose globalization and policy they believe inhibits American economic independence and self-reliance

Immigration: Believes system needs wide-sweeping reform to both secure the borders to prevent future illegal immigrants while addressing the issue of creating a pathway for undocumented immigrants to achieve American citizenship.

Strengths: Most Americans can agree that large changes need to occur within the system of governance. Has been gaining traction as a centrist political party, and have put out a few candidates who have been viewed as legitimate candidates, something extremely rare for 3rd parties.

Weaknesses: Is still a 3rd party, and many believe that the legislation they call for would heavily weaken the United States, as it is changing a system of governance that has stood for hundreds of years. Also not particularly appealing to those who are already part of one of the two major parties who believe reform is needed as it still is a centrist party.
