For the physical side: there are already post-it- notes explaining , but I do aerobics + Irish dancing, I do not have any emotional problems so I am a well emotional person. <br><br>Facts : The health triangle is something with different aspects of health. The health triangle consists of: Physical, Social, and Mental Health. Physical health is when you are exercising. Physical health   includes: exercise, nutrition, sleep, alcohol , and weight management.</div>]]></description>
