It is made up of a picture that combine together to make the pattern. To make a tessellation I first started with cropping an image I chose on photoshop. I then changed the size image and dragged it onto the custom page I made on photoshop. I made sure I had guidelines on the page to help me adjust the pictures correctly. I then flipped the photo to make the illusion look better. What I like about this is that a tessellation can be made up many different patterns. My favorite image was the green plant tessellation because it was different shades of green. I struggled with the 4x4 tessellation because the checker pattern was confusing and the flips were confusing as well.
