Making sure you always come to class prepared, especially with a charged computer because a lot of assignments are on canvas. Also, don't leave work for last minute. Another one could be staying organized so you can easily find assignments and don't waste time looking for things.

-I learned that if I am not told a specific due date I should still check for one to get assignments in on time.

-Personally I learned that it is possible to have a balance and although good grades are important, so is having fun and we aren't going to get back the time we have right now so we should enjoy while we still can

- Try to make new friends, even if its just being kind to people so you're able to talk to them in a class where you might not have any of your close friends with you

I learned not to use my locker. Another lesson I learned is to not take forever between classes because then you'll get a tardy. I learned that it is important to be responsible and to get my work turned in on time.

Remember to be 3 minutes early so your never late. Study over a long period of time so you can remember the content better.

i learned about focus and responsibility from the first semester. focus because mr nagel talks fast and you need to hear what he says about assignments. responsibility because we learned to email you if we have a question and to speak up for ourselves. and lastly, i learned about finding a balance between fun and work because that is an important skill to know and have.

First, it's good to be friendly with everyone. Even if it's not someone you'll see outside of class, it never hurts to have people to talk to. Second, integrating games like quizlet into learning can make it a whole lot easier to memorize things. Third, it's nice to shake things up in your classes. Having the same things happening everyday can make you dread a class.

I learned to be quick between classes so I am not late. I also learned to use my locker. I learned how to be prepared for tests and classes.

being organised goes a long way. Studying for the test that you know is easy is not the best use of time. Taking good notes is also good.

Stay organized. Losing papers and assignments is detrimental to your grade. Turning in assignments on time is the easiest way to keep your grade high.
Plan out where and how you will spend your time. If I have morning practice and an afternoon practice, I cannot waste ten minutes here and there scrolling. I must work on schoolwork and homework any time I have instead of wasting the time.
Don't take stuff too seriously! Even though grades matter, they do not define you and you must have a life outside of schoolwork. Just have fun and take is easy!

i believe that did pretty good at the beginning of the first semester of school and i think that i would have continued that trend, even though my first semester was cut short i enjoyed it and plan to do better next semestter. some things i could do better is 1. turn thing on on time, 2. stay on topic and foucus. 3. i need to study more to excel my test scores

One thing I learned through my first semester of highschool is that it is much harder than middle school, grades actually matter, attendance matters, etc.
The classes are good here as well as the teachers

The first semester was a good start. I learned that it's helpful to stay organized. I also learned that finals week is not super stressfull as long as you are prepared. And school is as hard, and as fun as you make it.

I learnedto definetly turn in assignments on time, and if you don't know when definetly ask, I learned high school is a lot more fun than middle school becasue we have a lot more freedom, and I learned to always come to class prepared.

I learned that this class is very easy if you pay attention and complete your work. For me I need to participate to be able to stay focused. And make sure you turn in assignments on time because there are a lot of assignments each day and its easy to fall behind.

Overall I think that the semester for me went really well. Even though everything went pretty well I think a lesson I learned is to do make up prior to when I leave for a trip or anything where I miss school. Another lesson is simple but just to charge my computer at night. I would forget to plug it in and then it would die during class. I also need to start coming back from lunch like 3 min earlier so I can be more prepared for class.
