I would hire this person due to their prior knowledge and confidence on what the job would be assumed to entail. I think that the explanation part in the second paragraph of the letter is not needed, although it is understood why the applicant might have put it there. It is important that applicant know those things about the muscles, but chances are the person reading the letter already knows them. The applicant will want to keep the letter concise, to the point, yet descriptive, which for the majority of it has been achieved. Other than that, I think that it is important to have a confident, self-aware, and knowledgeable employee and for that reason I would hire this person.

While this cover letter was good overall, there was multiple crucial mistakes throughout. He seems to possess all of the knowledge relating to the job position, and he seems more than qualified. But, the spelling mistakes and grammatical errors make it appear as though he does not fully care about getting the job. This is a document that should have been read aloud and revised at least once. A future employer is reading this, which makes it an extremely important document.

While the spellcheck needs to be used, this man has plenty of prior knowledge and skills to carry out that knowledge.
As well, he impressed me when he went through what he intended to do at this job, should he get it.
His closing is especially good, thanking for the time, being given a way to contact, and great word choice.

Despite his grammatical errors, he put forth a driven explanation as to why he would be good for the job. What he lacks in grammar, he makes up for in clear representation of his knowledge on his choice of career to pursue

From this cover letter, it's clear you would like to become a personal trainer. Explaining your routines, past experiences and other scenarios may be too much information for the employer. You can describe most of those specifics in the interview stage; the cover letter should just give them some idea of why you would like the job and how you would fit into it based on your skills. You can explain a few of the specific skills you would use in the job, but you do not have to put in a great deal of detail.
