In my daily routine I get up at approximately six thirty in the morning, have breakfast at 7 A.M. then, at the same time, I eat arepa with egg or cheese, accompanied by coffee, finally my dad takes me to work, then I return home and have lunch at 12:30 p.m. and I eat breast, meat or another protein, with rice and juice, I go back to work, and then I get home at seven at night, and around 7:30, so, first of all, I take the opportunity to do university work and study the units, and I also eat arepa with some protein, I usually go to bed at ten at night, on weekends we go to my sister's training and we go out to eat with my parents, finally I can say that I study English in a few hours of my week In addition, I was in some English courses that have helped me a lot for the development of this.
