         <description><![CDATA[<div>4 packets of square/rectangular cookies (180 g/6 oz each)<br>&nbsp;100-200 ml milk or coffee for dipping the cookies<br>&nbsp;750 g thick sour cream (about 20% fat content)</div><div><br>&nbsp;Chocolate glaze:<br>&nbsp;100 g dark chocolate<br>&nbsp;50 g unsalted butter<br>&nbsp;4 Tbsp double cream<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;To decorate:<br>&nbsp;crispy pearl sugar<br>&nbsp;fresh berries<br>&nbsp;coconut flakes/shredded coconut<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Directions</strong><br> Dip 12 to 15 cookies into the milk or coffee and place onto a suitable cake tray.<br> Now spread about a third of the sour cream evenly on top of the cookies. Continue with 3 more cookie and 2 more sour cream layers, finishing with the cookie layer.<br> Cover the cake with a cling film and place into the fridge to soften.<br> <br> To make the <strong>chocolate glaze, </strong>break the chocolate into pieces and place into a small saucepan with butter and fresh cream. Slowly heat on a medium heat, stirring regularly, until the glaze is smooth and glossy. Spoon over the cake, spreading it evenly all over the top. Place back into the fridge to harden.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;To serve, cut the cake into neat squares (or rectangles, if your cookies weren't square), or smaller slices, if you prefer.          <description><![CDATA[<div>600 g chicken minced meat</div><div>1 kg zucchini</div><div>200 g grated cheese</div><div>2 eggs</div><div>breadcrumbs</div><div>garlic</div><div>salt and pepper</div><div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>Directions</strong></div><div>Grate zucchini and leave to the sieve to drain. squeeze as much water as you can</div><div>Preheat oven</div><div>Mix together chicken minced meat, cheese, eggs and drained zucchini. season with garlic and salt and pepper</div><div>Form fritters (use wet hands). Dip them into the bread crumbs. Fry fritters in oil until both sides are browned. This delicious dish is warm and comforting, perfect for a cold weather day.<br>I<strong>ngredients</strong></div><div>2 medium onions</div><div>2 teaspoons butter <em>or lard (preferred)</em></div><div>1 teaspoon caraway seeds</div><div>2 tablespoons paprika</div><div>¼ cup flour</div><div>1 ½ pound stewing beef <em>trimmed and cut into 1" cubes</em></div><div>2 cups beef broth <em>or water</em></div><div>1 cup diced tomatoes <em>canned</em></div><div>1 teaspoon salt</div><div>¼ teaspoon pepper<br><strong>Instructions<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>In a large pot, melt butter and add onion. Cook till translucent. Stir in caraway seeds and paprika and mix well.</li><li>In a bowl, dredge the stew beef with flour. Add beef to the onion mixture and cook for about 2-3 minutes.&nbsp;</li><li>Slowly add about ¼ cup of the beef broth to lift the brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Then add remaining broth, diced tomatoes (potatoes and carrots if using), salt and pepper.&nbsp;</li><li>Stir and bring to a boil, cover, then reduce to a simmer for about 1 ½ -2 hours or until tender.</li></ul>]]></description>
