         <description><![CDATA[<div>today is my first day work at the Crystal Crown Hotel at Petaling Jaya. First, i go register at human resources department. the manager assign me go to the front office  for two month.<br>The front office manager distributes the pricing of Crystal Crown hotel 2017 to me. After that, i standby at the reception and learn how to help the customers check in and check out.<br>Lastly, i had learn how to:<br>1. prepare and key in the data of KEYS before give to the customers.<br>2. help customers paid the parking tickets through computer.</div>]]></description>

After that, the staff show me how to online check in, it is quite complicate . I still cannot help the customer check in individually.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my third day to work. Once i reach there, i had prepare the register card and key folder for customer . Today i had learn how to help the customer to check in day use room . i introduce the day use coupon to customer. Day use coupon is RM 228 for three times, and if didn't use the coupon, it is need RM 161.00 for 4 hours. I almost can help the customer to check in. I still meet the umk lecturer , he is one of the guest under umk.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my sixth day. Through yesterday many times to help the walk-in customer to book room, i already can handle the customer by individually. But, i still cannot help the customer for check out since they have an account and password for check out. The task for today is help the customer to check in and answer the call from outside customer that ask for the information of hotel and customer. I need learn to face the request from the customer and try to solve it. Besides  that, today is chap go mei, that have a big event at hotel, therefore, i need guide the guest such as tell them the location of event , scan the parking ticket. </div>]]></description>

After that, i was help 3 until 4 customer check in their day used. <br>A customer scold the permanent staff due to the reservation was no found when the guest are preparing to check in. So there has a communication problem among malay staff and china guest. I had be the middle person and serve the china guest.&nbsp;<br>After that, i do the preparation of reservation.&nbsp;<br>Today quite busy and a lot of guest. I can meet many type of guest through the check in. This is a nice experience for me.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i had meet a weird guest. The guest are no stay in our hotel, but he is come for meet his friend who stay at hotel. When he want to leave , he come to the reception and request the iphone charger. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the charger since we dont have this services. He keep scold us and say every hotel must have this services. Why only crystal crown hotel didnt provided?  They staff are trying to explain. Lastly, he go away with non-stop complaint. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The staff is telling me today will has new staff. But lastly, the new staff is no come.&nbsp;<br>Today quite busy because there has 3-4 event&nbsp; held in the hotel. We are busying to scan the parking ticket and show the direction to the guest. Some of the guest are refused to paid the parking ticket because they are friend of the owners!&nbsp;<br>the event finish at 4pm and everthings become silent after the event finish. Today i finally learn how to check out, it must very be careful and pay attention because it related with the money.  After that, i do some task and back home at 5pm.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today has 5 new staffs. They all are come from sabah and one of them are come from kepong. <br>They look friendly and talkative. The staff request me to teach them some easy job such as prepare the reservation and scan parking. <br>After that, i had teach them one by one. There has a boy look very weird. He keep silent and no talking at all. After afternoon, he suddenly keep talking and dont want to do job. When the staff are request he do some preparation job, he are refused and ask the other new staff to do. <br>Overall, the new staffs is very nice and we having lunch together. </div>]]></description>

The staff tell me that sunday always very free and no people. <br>At 3 pm, a staff are come for work, she shift time is 3pm until 11pm, she tell me that the new staff boy had been fire by the manager. Manager are refuse to hire him at reception. <br>Although feel sympathy to him, but he really very weird. Becaus the boy keep blame other new staff do the job slowly and keep show that his english very professional. <br>the most important thing is the new boy order the permanent staff to do thing for him. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>as usual, today when i reach the hotel, the permanent staff ask me to let the new staff do the preparation. they permanent staff which named Nancy. Nancy ask me to guide them to do the preparation.<br>After that, there has a guest want to check in. Therefore, i just guide the new staff to check in. when they authorise the credit card, they are forget to take the expire date of credit card. it is quite important because we need to update the settlement. i ask the new staff to call the guest for ask the expired date. but she is scare, so i help her to call and finally we get the expired date. <br>the boy which is new staff very disturb me when i am serve the guest, he keep touch me or push my back. i tell him that don't do like this but he answer me with rude word ! lastly, i complaint with the permanent staff because he keep follow me no matter where i go and what i do.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i had meet a rude guest. I feel very annoying when serve him.&nbsp;<br>First, he is come early at 11.30 am, our room havent ready because check out time is 12 pm, housekeeping need wait the guest check out just can clean the room and prepare for due in guest. He ask me how many hour need to wait, Nancy tell him almost 2 pm just can check in, he ask why ? Then Nancy tell him that the housekeeping lunch now and will clean the room after check out time. He feel very angry and keep scold :"so now you want me to wait your staff for lunch ?!" Actually our check in time is 2pm, housekeeping also is human, they need to eat too.&nbsp;<br>Second, after that , when make the payment, he straight throw the money at counter.&nbsp;<br>Third, when he request for two keys, because too many guest are no return the key for reception, so it is out of key. He straight scold us again. Then the another staff which name Adeela ask me just copy the key for him. Adeela tell me that he is the regular guest and he like to make many complaint and always like to find fault on staff. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today when i reach the hotel, i found that the boy are no in the reception. He had been transfer to the food and beverage department. <br>when 11 am, the staff ask me go for lunch. When i go to the cafeteria of staff, it havent open. I plan to go back reception first but the staff ask me go in since they are open now.But, when i go in, a chef is inside, he is very rude and chase me out. He say he havent done set up. I feel very speechless since is the staff ask me to in. <br>i go there again in 11.30 am, the chef is no inside already. But they give me the food with small portion. I can't full. After that, i saw the miss Meera which is hr manager come in. When she saw the portion of food that the canteen staff given to the hotel staff, she feel very angry and ask them why only a little bit ? The canteen Staff is speechless and keep smile only. <br>when i go back reception, i ask the Nancy why didnt saw the untie? She tell me that she has resign and february is last month. Now is the chef of the hotel cook. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today when i go for lunch, miss Meera is standing there and guard the canteen staff. iI get so many vegetables and foods. It is totally different with yesterday.<br>After lunch time, i go back reception to do the check in. When we are doing the check in, a guest come check in. after that, she complaint the key cannot use. The new staff help the  guest to activate the key. When done the activation,. the new staff put the key at the counter.<br>suddenly the guest very angry and say :" where your manager?! ask the manger come ! how this hotel train the staff ?! you know that i know the prime minister? We are friend !" All the staff are get shock. After that, the guest go away with angry face. <br>there has many types of guest we will meet, i am feel glad because it can train my patience.<br><br>  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today when i am working, the staff suddenly call me and say miss Meera want to talk with me and wait at the manager room already. i feel very nervous and go to the manager room. Miss Meera ask me that want to do permanent or not? She want to offer me the job which is at sales marketing department. But i am rejected since i plan to go back Malacca after internship. She keep ask me to work at hotel. After that , she say if i want to look for the job can find her. i feel happy because i feel that they see my effort and the ability. The bellboy also tell me that the front office manager praise me in front of them. i really feel very happy.<br>After that, the permanent staff want to go the account department, <br>when she is going, a guest come again to complaint the door cant open. I change the room for the guest but the key still cant work. Lastly, this problem settle&nbsp; by i had upgrade the standard of room for them.&nbsp;<br>Today overall feel very happy</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today the hotel has many group will check in. Therefore, the standard room is fully booked and left the junior suite only. <br>i received the call from the man. He is a tour guide of one of the group. He request for one more standard room. But i cannot make it due to the room is full. <br>He keep ask me to find a room for him. I say left the junior suite. Then he feel very angry and keep scold me:" i just want a room , why you cannot make it ? you want me to sleep at the roadside ?" i keep say sorry because standard room is full. Today not only one group check in , is nine group! After end the call, i tell the other staff. The staff told me the tour guide always like that, last minutes just request the room.   </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i saw the tour guide that yesterday call me ! When i stand at the front desk, a man come for validate the parking ticket. As usual, i ask for the room number because we need to key in the room number for free ticket. But, the man say he is a tour guide, tour guide also need room just can get free ticket. He say room 1137, As i know,  hotel 's room until room 1126 only. I feel confused and look at him, he say ,: I already told you i am tour guide you still request the room number, i simply say lo ! " i feel very angry but what i can do is just smile and key in either one number of room under his group. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i received a call. This call make me very down and angry.&nbsp;<br>Today i same shift with the&nbsp; new girl. She know nothing and the permanent staff say she don't has the motivation want to work because she suppose need to know how to check in but until know she still don't know.<br>She received a call. The call is from a guest. The guest ask for the room and say want check in it is okay? But, she transfer the call to the reservation department. If the guest want to walk in, suppose is receptionist settle. Then reservation department transfer back to reception and i answer it. Once i answer, the guest straight scold:" why the girl pass to you? what the fuck you are doing ? i ask can i check in early ?!" i feel very blur because i dont know what was happen. I say "sir, can i know your name ?" He say his name and i didnt find it at the system . Then i request the booking id , he straight use shout :" fuck you ! i ask you can i check in early ?! what the fuck you request the id from me ? fuck you la ! what are you doing ?!" Then he straight end the call. I dont know why i can get scold since i didnt do anything wrong. After that, the kakak from reservation department told me that the guest want walk in and the kakak also get scold form the guest. what i can do is adjust my mood and keep smile to next guest. </div>]]></description>

The other new staff see also learn him to photocopy the IC. When the new staff is photocopying the IC, the guest suddenly ask, "why you want to photocopy my IC ?" The new staff give the reason but the guest refused to photocopy. after that, the new staff no dare to photocopy IC again.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today has one big group check in. When i have reach the hotel, everyone is busying do the preparation. I also join to do the preparation. The group is KPM. They had booked for 150 rooms. So today the hotel is full. At 12 pm, many guests from KPM arrive. but we still cannot let them check in because the room is not ready yet. the standard check in time is 2 pm. we do the preparation faster. we done the preparation at 1.30 pm. we let the guests check in when the room is available. we also reject all the walk in guest and day use guest because the room finish. when the check in done, we nothing to do already because no more booking. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my first time go into the manager room because of complaint !<br>This morning, as usual i stand at the front desk, it is 11.30 am, the other staff go lunch already and front desk only me and a intern boy. suddenly come a room guests and request late check out. i had make sure the check out time with him. he say wan check out 3 pm, i say if check out 3 pm we need to charge half day and can be until 6 pm. he say he don't want until 6pm. i say we are counting by half day not by hours. Then he say he will make it faster and check out before 2pm. i tell this news to my supervisor and my supervisor say if after 2pm just charge half day. when 4 pm, the guest haven't check out, the supervisor bring another staff to check the room. his wife and son is inside the room. suddenly the guest come and shout  : why you guys chase my wife out ? i already inform your staff i will extend until 6 pm. i don't care now ! please ask the staff come to my room and apologize to my wife ! you want money ? come ! just take it !" after that, the guest throw his credit card to the desk. the guests scold very loud and ask other guests don't come this hotel. Manager ask me go into the room and ask me what was happen ? i tell the manager and lastly the manager check CCTV and audio record. All things is same as i say. the manager ask me don't scare because the guest is say will check out before 2 pm. I feel very speechless. why always has this type of guest ? luckily the manager certify my innocence.  </div>]]></description>

In the morning, I was assigned to prepare the breakfast ticket for them to ensure the guests enjoy their trip and meals in the hotel. Then, I was standby in front desk near to 11am. That was the time for the group tour to check out their room. I in charged to collect the room key from guests then create the record in computer. This was taking a long time because the Kastam group has stayed many rooms. In the middle, I also assigned to answer the equerries from new guests. after all the kastam had been check out, I can rest and nothing to do already. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

When i am check out the guest, i forget to return the credit card to the guest, when the guest move to the car park, i just realize the credit card still at the credit card machine. I straight take the credit card and run to the &nbsp;basement by staircase. Luckily i be able to return the card to the guest.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Today has a Chinese guest come to check in. After he know the price, he straight want to change hotel and ask the staff to refund his money. He order us to find out the Hilton hotel phone number for him. The staff google search and find for him, but he keep scold can you faster? and other. After make the call to Hilton, he say he don;t want cancel and stay at our hotel. After check in and ask me where to eat  food. but i am Malacca citizen and no clear about here. i just tell him few place that i know, but he want the Chinese restaurant, i say i don't know and suggest him google search. After he hear, he straight scold me ," if you don't know please don't waste my time ! google search who also know !" i straight dumbfounded.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>luckily after that no more guests complain and make us difficult. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today the guests that has many requests check out already. But before she leave, she make a booking again for next week. As usual, her request is same as last time. <br>After that, there has a couple check out. I request their credit card to make payment but they refused to give me with the reason they paid already. I show them the authorization slip and explain to them. They just give me the credit card.<br>After check out all the guests, we start prepare to check in guests. Until 5 pm, it just 3 until 4 guests check in. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today has a tour group check out. Suddenly has a guest that under the group argue with the tour guide. The reason is the guest unwell and will back China in advance. The guest want the tour guide pay all the fees included transport from hotel to airport. the tour guide is refused to pay. Then they argue in front desk. The guest ask me to call the taxi for him. After the taxi arrived, the guest ask me to talk to the driver because he scare tour guide will encumbrance him. But i reject with the reason i cannot leave the front desk. Finally come out another tour guide and settle all the&nbsp; things.&nbsp;<br>After that , a room guest come to the front desk that the door cannot open. i check the room key for her and the key is active. I ask the bellman open for her. The bellman come down and say actually is that guest don't know how to open. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i received a call from agoda.com. the funniest thing is i straight cut off the phone because the sound is like robot. I just cut off the line the supervisor straight say if received a call like robot , record down the number that the robot mention. I tell her i just cut off the line. the supervisor laugh me and setting the call again.<br><br>After that, that has a regular guest check in. But i don;t know he is regular guest and request IC from him. He say&nbsp; i am regular guest. your system don't have my record? that means your hotel is very lousy,&nbsp; your manager is useless ! i feel very angry but still smile and check for him. After found his record, he say ,： gt my record that means your hotel is good. " i just silent and do the check in.<br>i feel some guests why cannot talk polite and must talk like a boss ? </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today has KPM check in again. But they booked 54 rooms only. We are busy to prepare the key holder and breakfast, but the staff from sabah playing phone at beside and didn't help us. The supervisor very angry and scold her. she just come to do the preparation.&nbsp;<br>At 2 pm, i and the supervisor open a temporary counter to check in the KPM guests to avoid the front desk become crowded. After done check in all room, it already 3pm and i go back afterward.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today has a boy come to the interview for front desk staff.<br>As usual i do the preparation and check out the guests.<br>After that, come a guest. He has make the booking for 11 rooms. He want to confirm his booking. i busy confirm his booking because it too complicate. some room with breakfast and some room without breakfast. After that, he want add on one breakfast to some rooms , add on two breakfasts to another room again. He ask me to total all and he want to paid. After counting is RM 3100. i authorize his credit card and he say he tomorrow will come to make payment( he is not the room guest). <br>After done, i need update the detail one by one. The supervisor on afternoon shift ask me next time pass to senior staff because he scare i do the mistake. But fortunately i done all booking without mistake.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today has a guest come to front desk to make complaint because the safety box in the room has broken. i say i ask the bellman go to the room check for him. He say ok and now. But when the bellman go up, turn back after 5 minutes with the reason nobody in the room ( bellman cannot enter the room without permission). After checking just now the guest at the coffee house. After half and hour, the guests call to the front desk and complaint why still don't have people come to repair. I feel speechless and ask the bellman go up again.&nbsp;<br>The things all settle with calling maintenance to repair it. </div>]]></description>

When they are reach, the staff is very excited( this is first time they check in group ) and check in without check the system ( to make sure  the room is ready or not).<br>after check in, they just realize they haven't check system. I tell them must check before and actually when they are check in, i already help them to make sure all the rooms is ready.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Today has a guest come to the front desk for request breakfast voucher. She say she is 4 person and only get 3 voucher. Her room is standard room which is 2 breakfast , extra one bed with one breakfast. the staff refused to give one more breakfast to her due to the rules. The guest start complain many about the room dirty, food no nice. she complaint almost 10 minutes but lastly she also need to buy the breakfast. she feel very angry and say will make the complaint. <br>After that until her husband. Her husband has lose the parking ticket. In the rule, parking ticket lose need to compound RM 35 to get new ticket.<br>He very angry and say just a small matter and mention he is room guest. lastly the supervisor just generate a new ticket for him without charge. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i have made a mistake that is wrongly charge credit card.&nbsp;<br>In the morning, as usual i do the preparation and check out.<br>After rest time, start has guest want to check in.&nbsp;<br>At 3 pm, has a guest want to check in. she is staying 3 night and 2 rooms, so total is RM 1801.60. But, i just charge her RM 1081.60. after found out i had wrongly charge, i feel very nervous and ask the supervisor to help me void the sales. After supervisor found that i just charge less, he ask me charge the balance, don't need to void.&nbsp; But the guest's friend ask me to give discount due to i do the mistake. I just smile and say sorry because i just a trainer. the guest very nice and say never mind, just charge the balance.<br>I feel very sorry because i do the big mistake but i also feel thankful to the guest because didn't scold me.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As usual, i do the preparation of booking. After that, i help the guests to do the check out procedure.&nbsp;<br>all the guests very nice and some guests heard i am intern only, they take my number and invited me join their company. i just smile.&nbsp;<br>After that, i prepare to serve the check in guests.&nbsp;<br>But normally morning shift don't have too much guests check in. i just check in 4-5 guests in the afternoon. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today when i reach the hotel, i see the supervisor and the housekeeping manager very busy. Supervisor tell me room guest has very angry because the room got a bit dust. the guest very angry and keep scold.&nbsp;<br>Lastly, the supervisor refund all the payment to the guest. The guest just satisfy,&nbsp;<br>After that, supervisor show me a video that she capture just now. That guest scold that why gym located at the spa department. complaint the tower has color, the ceiling has dust and the bathroom very wet. Supervisor still teach me how to solve the problem.&nbsp;<br>Luckily today no more any problem happen. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i am morning shift that is 7 am until 3pm. When i reach the hotel. There is no guests because too early. I just answer few call form guests ask the breakfast times. after that, supervisor tell me yesterday has a china guest had lost his pant. the guest come to front desk and request make the police report. the night staff bring he go to make report. The supervisor tell me the police also laugh. After that, the guest come to the front desk. He request me to check the CCTV. Actually in the room is don't have CCTV. then he say want check corridor CCTV. supervisor rejected him because we cannot simply check the CCTV.&nbsp;<br>The guest just back to his room. At 12 pm, the guest check out and without say anythings.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i do the job as usual. But the new staff that just come this month already resigned. i just realize he just come two days.&nbsp;<br>The staff didn't inform manager and direct no come to work. Today is normal day and nothing happen. i just do the job and back. &nbsp;<br>After that, the senior staff tell me that has RM 6000 bill cannot be settle, they already try for two days but still cannot manual the credit card.&nbsp;<br>The senior staff very worry because that is big amount. Lastly, the supervisor settle the problem by charge the credit card with amount RM 3000 and charge another credit card with another amount RM 3000. the supervisor tell them the credit card limited is RM 5000 that why they cannot charge the amount.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is a busy day.&nbsp;<br>Many company group check in. they request to split bill upon check out, i don't have time to tell the supervisor because the guest is come non-stop.<br>When i done my job, i just tell the supervisor that the guests want to split bill,&nbsp; The supervisor on the day say cannot already because he post the payment. what can i do is just call the guests and explain.<br>the guests say hope i can give them as well as they have inform me already. i feel very nervous and don't know how to do. Lastly, i promise them will give them the copy of bill under different name. they also answer okay.<br>after 3 pm, there have no guests already.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today, as usual,at 2pm,  the supervisor ask me call the guests to ask that check out or extend. when i call room 608, is a boy answer the call, they say they want extend. i just ask them to make payment. <br>After that, at 3pm, the guests want to check out. In hotel rules, it need charge half day. So the staff take the payment, but they refused to pay. <br>They say they say get the compound RM 3000 from police. they scold the front desk why let the police go in their room. The supervisor come out and explain. But they still refused to pay. They say is police postpone their time. But actually just now i call they say want extend. <br>Lastly the things settle with they call their friend come make payment. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today once i reach ,kak adeela ( one of the assistant manager) ask me it is has guests request split bill. i say yes and i tell her what was happen. Kak Adeela say actually still can split bill just the supervisor yesterday lazy to do because need to reverse the payment.&nbsp;<br>Lastly, Kak Adeela help me settle all the split payment.&nbsp;<br>I really feel Kak Adeela very clever and ability  because every time she can settle all problem easily. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my last day of intern.<br>when i go there, i take some form to supervisor to sign and fill.&nbsp;<br>After that, i do the preparation as usual. The supervisor ask me take photo together. We keep take photo and play today. besides that, another supervisor had treat me the domino pizza.&nbsp;<br>i was loath to part with them. we work, we play , we get scold and we eat all together. It had been 4 months. the supervisor treats me nicely and never scold me when i am doing wrong. </div>]]></description>
