Paint job:
The weakness of the paint job is that it was not evenly coated and it was not a smooth coat. There were air bubbles, including the peeling wood stain present, which caused the device to have a crusty look. The wood stain also secretes a chemical stench for three days after application.
The strength of the paint job is that it brings out the monochromatic natural look of the wood, which provides a more authentic and eco-friendly feel.
Craftmanship:
The weakness of the craftsmanship is that the device has a lot of visible imperfections of the sawdust filling, which hints that the wood pieces were not whole or were splintered or cracked. There cut off the handle was not the best as it didn't come out as the plan intended, instead it was irregular.
The strength of the craftsmanship is that the device has no harsh edges or frizzes. The use of the appropriate amount of nails makes the device. The wood was cut straight, and it sat completely flat with no bumps.

Cost of materials vs. outcome:
The weakness of the cost is that if the product were to be made without the existing products provided by the school, then it would not have scored a five on the scale. A project like this would be fruitful without a huge time constraint.
The strength of the cost is that all the needed equipment was already in stock at school.

Lightweight:
The weakness is that it is quite a big structure to carry around and store.
The strength of the lightweight is that the device is not heavy as it looks due to the way that it should be carried/ using the portability feature.
Durability:
The weakness is that because this is layered wood, there are frizzes of the outer layer on some parts of the wood.
The strength is that because nails were used, it is durable, and the piece won't fall apart.  It is also feasible to lean on the device without having it collapse.
Safety:
The weakness is that because the device was tested only 3 days after it was wood stained, the chemical fumes of the paint were still strong. Therefore, the feedback was that it causes them to be nauseous if used for an extended period of time.
The strength is that there were no sharp or splintered edges to get your clothes stuck or for you to accidentally stab yourself while using the device.
The incentive for posture:

The weakness is that the back part of the structure, specifically on the rims o the structure is bare. The problem is that even though it is sanded and if the user tries to recline on the back for too long, it will hurt a ligament because they are just reclining on the hardwood rims.
The strength is that the device itself gives you the incentive to erect your posture. Firstly, it makes it easier to do so because of the flat surface you are situated on. Secondly, if you sit all the way to the back of the device and recline on it upright right without leaning, you will be able to hold a good posture for a long time. Thirdly, the device can be used by anyone as long as it is not too small for them.

Materials:
The weakness is that the wood stain used was a potential threat to the environment as it contained chemicals that can contribute to pollution and cause health problems.
The strength of the device was that it was made entirely of wood so it is sustainable and compostable. Additionally, the resources of wood are also abundant in many places in the world which is good for resource production.
Intended Environment:
The weakness of this device is that it does not fit into all types of seating, for example, some car seatings are too widely inclined which causes the device to not be able to stand on its own properly.
The strength is that it is able to be situated on flat surfaces that do not have a big or deep indentation. It can also be placed onto seatings without a back.

Elements of portability
The weakness of the device is that the feature to influence portability or the handle was not carved in an aesthetically pleasing or refined way which caused the handle to look wonky and irregular.
The strength is that despite the un-aesthetic visuals of the handle, it was sanded properly so there was a smooth and refined tactile experience. At the end of the day, it got the job of portability done because of where it was situated on the device (located on the wide side) causing the device to be acting like a briefcase.
Elements of posture erection
The weakness of the device is that it visually does not look like it contains any special feature that can make the device look like it can correct your posture.
The strength of the device is that it doesn't require other additional components so that the posture can be corrected means that it will be less complex to produce hence increasing the rate of production.

Portability
The weakness of the portability is that it may be quite big and bulky to carry around (takes up a lot of surface area) and store.
The strength of the portability is that the way that it is portable, makes the device lightweight.
Seatings
The weakness of this device is that it is only applicable to flat surfaces and cannot be placed into seats that are widely, or deeply carved in. Another is that if the chair has a high cushion chair (see image above), chances are that the solution will not work effectively. As the cushion is high, if you were not fully sitting towards the end of the device, then it will tilt upwards at the end.
The strength of this device is that it is applicable to car seatings as well as versatile to a range of flat-surfaced seatings.

Analysis
The process
The weakness of the manufacturing process was that because carpentry and building solutions is a new things for me, it required a lot of communication, and feedback from my teachers. It also required me to learn a range of new technical building skills that I could not have done prior to this. Taking these drawbacks into mind, also made I slowed the pacing of my judgment calls whilst making the solution which is why the majority of the plan has been changed.
The strength is that despite the challenges of the processes, it resulted in me learning a lot of new skills that would be valuable for future projects.
The results
The weakness was that the finished product does not look the same as the drawing in B3, because of the two removed components, mention prior.
The strength of the finished product despite the differences in the design plan was that the device was made faster and more efficiently, both timely and with fewer materials than intended which is a good result as those two components were necessary in order to have the device produce the intended functions.
