2 The reason the game makers made "the Feast" was because, it was probably starting to get boring with Katniss and Peeta's love as well as the tributes not really fighting, and they exploited that they needed supplies so in a way to get them to fight they planned "The Feast" so that they would see some fighting between the supplies and maybe even a death we see this in 287 a death while they were fighting over the supplies the line said "Thresh's brings the rock down hard against cloves temple" and the blow kills her on impact.
