He moved frequently from town to town, but adjusting to new homes and schools wasn't an issue for him. He was always quick to become great friends with everyone. At age 18, he started his first company, Starcell, which fixed technological devices. This company had major success, making him a lot of money. At most, he had 9 locations across Venezuela. At age 24, on December 16, 1998, he married Maria Virginia Romero. They had 3 children in 2000, 2002, and 2006. In 2009, he moved with his family to Florida. There, he set up a couple business, all of which he sold, until he got to his latest one. In 2016, Wladimir, along with many investors, started Road Investment LLC., a nationwide transportation company. In mid 2017, he would move again with his family to North Carolina, because he believed it would be a better HQ for his company. As previously mentioned, he moved very frequently during his childhood, changing schools and homes very often, which had certain effects on his social life. But those weren't the only moves he struggled with. Moving to the U.S. was a big struggle, took a very long time to acquire the VISA, and about 6 years to acquire his residency.
