I have learned that light has a lot of roots and interesting facts. I have learned that there are different ways of how light functions in different aspects. I have also been educated about the sources of light, which is essential in real-life situations or uses. For example, natural source like sun is essential because it provides light for us, humans. As for artificial source, i have learned that it’s also very essential because in times where we don’t have access to natural light, these artificial sources of light can be a help to us.

I have learned that light is a form of energy that helps us see the world around us. It has a dual nature, meaning it can act both as a wave and as a particle called a photon. The sources of light can be natural, like the Sun and stars, or artificial, like light bulbs and flashlights. Light also has important properties such as reflection, refraction, dispersion, and absorption, which explain how we see images in mirrors, how light bends in water, and how rainbows are formed.

Light is defined as both a wave and particle, explicitly explained by the Wave-Particle Duality. In air, it travels in the pace of 299, 792, 458 m/s and can be seen by the naked eye from 390-700 nm. This travels faster than sound. Its sources are divided into natural and artificial. Meanwhile, the properties exhibited are illustrated with the processes of reflection, refraction, polarization, and dispersion. The scattering, bouncing back, and bending of light is tackled with such comparisons.

I’ve learned that light is both a wave and a particle because of the theories of Newton, Huygens, Maxwell, and Einstein. It travels in waves, moves in straight lines, and can be reflected, refracted, dispersed, and polarized. Light also comes from natural sources like the Sun and Stars, and artificial sources like Fluorescent Bulbs and LEDs. The Moon, however, does not produce its own light instead, it reflects the light emitted by the Sun.

From every theory, different person proposed like sir isaac newton, james clerk maxwell, & christian huygens; who proposed different theories and shared their knowledge about light. Light can come from aritificial sources like light bulbs, LED, flashlight, and many more and from natural sources like the sun, fire, and stars. Light is a form of energy that can be seen. Light helps us see things when it becoms dark especially when night comes. It is important as these helps us specially in our daily life.

One important thing I learned is how light interacts with different materials. When light hits a surface, it can be reflected, absorbed, or refracted. Reflection is when light bounces off a surface, like a mirror. Refraction is the bending of light as it passes from one material to another, such as when a straw looks bent in a glass of water.

I also learned that Four scientists proved that light produces both wave and particle like activities. Which are called Wave-particle duality, I also learned that light has two different sources, called Natural and Artificial. During science i also learned the Properties if light, like how refraction bends light, Reflection bounces back light, in two different kinds which are regular and irregular, I also learned about dispersion, diffusion and polarization.

I’ve learned that a light is both a wave and particle due to the fact that great scientists such as Dr. Albert Einstein with photoelectric theory, Dr. Isaac Newton with the corpuscular theory of light, Dr. Christian Huygens with the wave theory f light and Dr. Charles Clerk Maxwell with the electromagnetic wave theory of light. These scientists comprised brilliant theories that explain, and figure out what light truly is. I also learned that two types of light, which are natural and artificial such as the sun, the moon, and fire as natural forms of light, and candles, bulbs, and LEDs with are form of artificial light, and lastly I learned about properties of light. Regular/specular and irregular/diffusion are types of reflection. Also that there are laws of reflection of light that are the law of reflection and the refraction that explain how light works with surfaces, also that disperation, and polarization that explains the scattering of light rays. It explains the colors, usage of polarization glasses that cancels the effects of the light rays in our eyes. That is all I learned from our lessons.

Through their discoveries, we learned that light can travel as waves, carrying energy through space, and also act as tiny particles called photons. This dual nature of light led to many modern technologies, such as lasers, solar panels, and even the screens we use every day. Their combined efforts shaped our understanding of physics and the universe. Truly, their work continues to inspire scientists and students to explore the mysteries of light and energy.

First of all,

I learned that light is is the only thing that can be seen by the naked eye.

Also that there are two types of light source, first we have the natural source, natural source occurs naturally, just like the sun, stars, fire, and other more. While artificial, it's made by humans, just like light bulbs and candles. I also learned that light is a form of energy that travels as waves. It's also very fast, with the speed of light in a vacuum. Also I learned about refraction and reflection, refraction is the bending of light, reflection is the bouncing of light. Reflection also has 2 types, the regular and irregular, regular has a smooth surface while the irregular has a rough surface.

I learned that light helps us see things around us. It can come from the Sun or from lights we use, like bulbs. Light moves in a straight line and can bounce, bend, or be absorbed, showing the different ways it works.

I learned more about light and it's different types like natural and artifical light, especially about the bioluminescence one, I was surprised to know that some plankton could produce bioluminescence that shows a blueish type of light. Although I haven't fully fathomed the other stuff such as polarization, reflaction and how light bends in water, it is very interesting and I am looking forward to learning more.
