Considero que es mejor la fluidez porque el estudiante puede cometer ciertos errores en la gramática, pero puede lograr hablar de manera eficiente y fluida. En sí, ambos aspectos son importantes, pero considero que es mejor centrarnos primero en la fluidez y luego en la precisión.

For me, it's more important accuracy because when they participate they reflect and evaluate what they are going to say, also, they make fewer grammatical errors. However, fluency must also be considered for the student to learn and become proficient in English.
