         <description><![CDATA[<div>Fair Use Guidelines are the right to copy any small part of text, even if it's been copyrighted. it can be used as a quote or to make a statement/criticism about the author. <strong>Good example: </strong>Saying that a certain person believes something based on what they said in a paper and using it as a quote. <strong>Bad example: </strong>copying a persons entire piece of work and putting emphasis on a small line/phrase.</div>]]></description>
