I can do anything I set my mind to. The truth is I feel like I can't on my own. I used to think and I feel I have the imposter syndrome but now I think even if I don't know everything it's okay. To restore myself, I will continue to be open everyday to new possibilities and growth and because of this experience I will move forward. Radical candor I got to get a chance to actually use radical candor with my team. It was a emotional and freeing experience I happen to share a group with our fearless leaders Steve Good and a powerful director Brandy taliano. An amazing supervisor. Mike renteria myself. We explorer giving feedback and receiving praise and I can say it was surprisingly emotional but I loved it.
