Meet Valentina, a creative person who likes to discover new things in life.

Valentina's favourite hobby is crocheting. She does it while watching Netflix or studying. She also makes her own clothes and cute stuff for her friends. It makes her really proud to see her loved ones happy with what she's made. Valentina is a bit of an introvert, and she's picky about her friends. She enjoys being alone more than spending time with people who don't connect with her. She's creative, especially when she's on long walks, listening to music.

Valentina enjoys traveling. She can't pick a favourite trip because she admires every journey to the limit. She's always looking for new adventures and doesn't want to choose just one. When you talk about Belgium, Valentina thinks of yummy foods like chocolate and Brussels sprouts. She likes the tastes of different places as much as the places themselves.

Valentina has a fat and cuddly cat that she's crazy about. When she comes home from school, she relaxes by petting her cat and listening to it purr. Sometimes, Valentina believes that animals make better company than people. She is about to start university, but she's not sure what she wants to do yet. She thinks she wants to study psychology, but she hasn't figured out the details.

Hopefully she can still see a lot of the world and help people with their problems.

Julia has a brother named Nicola, who is two years older than her. Growing up in the countryside, she is surrounded by a variety of animals, including three cats, Vicky, Cactus, and Bri. She also has a couple of chickens and a pond filled with fish. She used to have a dog, but it passed away years ago.

Julia's personality is marked by her sarcastic humor; she enjoys to joke around but she can also be serious when needed. She's a homebody who can enjoy loneliness and values time spent on her own. Her passions include swimming, which she does twice a week, for stress relief and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, she enjoys artistic hobbies like playing the piano, painting, and drawing. She does this mainly for relaxation and not in a professional way.

Julia does not really have a favorite subject, but English and science do get her preference. She never liked Greek, and she hasn't liked Latin lately either. She hates it even more than Greek now. As for her future, she's considering various academic paths, from scientific fields like medical school or biotechnology to humanistic disciplines such as law and psychology.

As you can see, Julia has a charming mix of characteristics and interests and is still considering different things after high school, which makes me curious to know what her future will look like.

My Italian student, Adelaide Fontana, her life is pink. She likes everything that is the color pink. A leopard print and plumage are her essentials in her wardrobe, and off course pink. Adelaide is an only child that lives with her mother. In my eyes, she is a very social and sweet person. She would describe herself as extroverted, impulsive, and independent. She is a doubter; she does not know yet what she wants to do as job later. She does have a few ideas already, like working in the law sector or as a psychologist. In the future she would like to study economics and management. But what she does know, is that she wants a cat. She loves animals, just like me. Unfortunately, she does not have a cat at home. Dancing and clubbing are her favorite things to do. She is a pole dancer, isn’t that mega cool? She listens to Reggaeton, Dembow and pop music. Drama series are her favorite thing to watch, like right no she is watching the series Shameless. Who would not want to know this tough but sweet girl?

She has two sisters among which she's the oldest; there's only one year gap between her and the middle child and thanks to this they're able to understand each other pretty well, but this doesn't exclude occasional fights to happen. Despite the seven years gap between her and the youngest sister, the two of them get along perfectly, they laugh a lot together and the little one can always make her older sister smile. Part of the family are also her two cats, Lobke and Bobke, that were born on  her aunt's farm and mostly live outside the house. 

Febe could be described as a busy person, with a tight schedule because of the many hobbies and sports she loves to practice. There's football, for which she trains twice a week and participates in competitions  at the  weekends. This year she has also managed to become a leader of KSA, a youth movement that reunites once every two weeks to play games outdoors. That's not all, she's even a member of KLJ, a sort of partying youth movement that gives her the opportunity to hang out with friends and have a drink.

Talking about her future prospects, she'd definitely like to go to University in Ghent, but she's still unsure about which faculty she'd like to attend, and not having a favorite subject at school makes this decision even harder. This year she's studying scientific subjects, but she doesn't exclude the possibility she'll study something completely different next year, this is why she's taking  every field in consideration, from science, to psychology, to law school, to politics. 

Whatever her choice will be, there sure is a great future waiting for her. 

Noor is definitely a curious, friendly, and nice person. She's an extrovert, indeed she's very open, especially with her friends, with whom usually go shopping or have a little gossip moment with a drink together at the bar and during weekends they go out to a party. She also takes part in the Chiro, a youth movement where she goes every Sunday. Here they play games, talk and have a lot of fun. Fun fact: her parents met each other in the chiro and she has been going to camp with them since she was little, as they came along to cook for the members.

She's also a travel lover, indeed she has already gone on Erasmus to Madrid and it was quite an experience, and she would like to know how life is in Italy, but her favorite city is definitely New York. She went there two years ago with her parents and her sister, Sien. It was a very exciting experience.

She also likes pets: indeed she's got chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses and two dogs called Zita and Thilly that are her best friends.

In the future Noor thinks that she would like to study speech therapy. So maybe later she would like to become a speech therapist, but she is not completely sure about it.

Who is Louise Byttebier?

Many words could describe her, the most fitting of which is ‘sweet’. Her life consists of affection towards her parents and siblings and simple but interesting hobbies to fill the time.

Her ideas about her future are confused, which is a common situation for teens our age, like me. Luckily we still have time to think about it.

We couldn't describe her as an athletic girl, still she doesn’t mind sports, even if  she doesn’t play any. She prefers hanging out with friends, watching dramas and sitcoms on TV (like Friends, a TV series she particularly likes or listening to pop music.

Louise is a girly girl: dressing up satisfies her just as much as using makeup and perfumes. Her fashion style consists of light colors during summer and dark ones in winter, her favorite being light green, tight  clothes and a lot of dresses.

, Louise represents a common girl of the 21st century??: simple, carefree, a girl who's able to take care of herself and of her loved ones.
