John J. Pershing leadership has a huge impact in our world today because of his ability to lead and making difficult decisions along the way. Most of the work relating to Pershing story embarks on a pursuit to sum up how he was brought up as a child which uses this as a forerunner and as clarification for his great accomplishments as a leader in the military.
