The program will now ONLY be on TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. Every participant will need to get a fitness membership. I have put this program as YFIT in the membership categories. The membership is good for 3 months and the cost is $15, the program is NO LONGER free.

I will work a few nights next week just to make sure the kids are not coming in and trying to sneak in on Monday. If they want to workout they will have to pay the day rate to workout.
