Outstanding detail you added to you plot like how you said “I sat down to collect my thoughts but as I looked at the window It was there with its sinister smile. I ran to the phone and called the police.”, it really added up to the story.One thing I wish is that you would have explained the setting more to show in a way a creepy scenery. It felt if you did it would have made your story pop more, and be way creepier.
