This can be time-consuming and take up a lot of free time.

How do I make learning interesting and meaningful?

I believe that I have my own style and one of the most difficult things has been to step away from what I think people want me to be and to just be me! I have my own style, I have lots of experience and I do not need to do things like everyone else. I can take bits from what I have learned, try things out, find out who I am as a teacher, and enjoy what I do!
