         <description><![CDATA[<p>Soalan 1 : Zenithdivas mengamalkan peruncitan secara jualan langsung. Bermaksud menjual barang terus melalui kunjungan, dimana pelanggannya boleh datang terus ke rumah untuk melihat sendiri barang yang ditawarkan dan boleh mencuba segala barang serta boleh membuat pembelian secara langsung. Selain itu, Zenithdivas juga membuat jualan secara E-dagang. Iaitu membuat jualan secara online dimana semua pelanggan dari seluruh negara boleh membuat pembelian di laman web yang telah disediakan. Pelanggan boleh melihat gambar dan segala maklumat yang diperlukan mengenai sesuatu barangan tersebut dengan hanya melayari laman web Zenithdivas.</p><p>Soalan 2: Pada pendapat saya, Zenithvidas mempunyai pelanggan yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang ada pada masa kini. Contohnya, ramai pelanggan Zenithvidas yang membuat pembelian secara online. Di sini bermakna mereka merupakan pelanggan yang mempunyai pengetahuan mengenai E-dagang. Di samping itu, pelanggan Zenithvidas juga merupakan pelanggan yang bukan hanya mementingkan kecantikan sesuatu produk, malah mereka juga mementingkan kualiti sesuatu produk sebelum membelinya. Contohnya, pelanggan Zenithvidas datang ke rumahnya untuk melihat sendiri barangan tersebut sebelum membelinya untuk memastikan kualiti produk tersebut dan mereka juga boleh membuat tempahan sesuatu barangan tersebut yang mengikuti citarasa mereka. <br></p><p>Soalan 3: Anatara faktor yang mempengaruhi pilihan pelanggan untuk membuat pembelian di Zenithdivas berbanding di butik lain adalah kerana Zenithvidas menawarkan barangan yang unik dan cantik yang mampu menarik minat pelanggan untuk terus membuat pembelian. Seterusnya, perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan adalah sangat memuaskan kerana beliau melayan pelanggan yang datang ke rumahnya untuk melihat barangan dengan baik. Selain itu, Zenithvidas mempermudahkan pelanggan untuk membuat pembelian juga merupakan satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelian pelanggan. Dengan membuat jualan secara online, pelanggan tidak perlu lagi ke rumah atau kedai beliau untuk membuat pembelian, hanya dengan satu klik pelanggan mampu memperolehi sesuatu barangan tersebut. Di samping itu, pelanggan juga mampu menjimatkan masa pembelian sekiranya dibandingkan dengan pembelian yang memerlukan kita untuk ke kedai tersebut dan berbaris panjang untuk membuat pembayaran. </p>]]></description>

1) For me, the types of customer that Zenithdivas have are absolutely from the boutique,tailors and also the individual who is frequently and like to shop trough online.<p>2) The individual who really concern about the quality and design especially the customer who likes to buy exclusive and limited design of the heels and clutches because they don’t want to have the same heels and clutches as the others.</p>
<p>Question 3:</p>
<p>1) For wholesale basis, Zenithdivas usually visit the client at their location so that customers feel easier.<br></p><p>2) Customer can choose the heels and clutches design to mix and match with the outfit exactly like what they want without need to be struggling to find it, as it is not easily done elsewhere.
</p><p>3) Zenithdivas always welcoming their customers to come over to the place to bring along their outfit that they would like to mix and match so they would have better idea and which design to be select.</p>4) Customer can come to Zenithdivas place to try and see the heels and clutches before decide to buy it.
<p>5) From the online website, Zenithdivas reach to bigger clientele base so, it brings the global customers.<br></p><p>6) From the online website also, the buying proses is much more structured and customer can get the information about the product easily through online.

question 2: ZenithDivas have a customer have their own ideas in aspect of creativity and preferences which they can custom and add-on the product.</p><p>question 3 : the factor influence the customer to go to ZenithDivas because the online or internet. the convenience to customer for check or windows shopping the product on internet make the customer attract to go to the Zenith. when the customer went to the store or owner house, they just get the product and buy it or try. this will save a time and less stressful to the customer. the services on add-on or design the product follow customer preferences make it unique and it influence the customer to choose Zenith.</p>]]></description>

Besides, Zenith also expand her business through online shopping where everyone can access Zenith's website to ease them to choose what design they wanted to. This allow Zenith's to have bigger client (loyal customers) from in and outside country.</p><p>Q3.</p><p> a). Zenith's collections are handmade, design by Zenith herself which suits to the taste of her clients.  </p><p> b). Zenith also provides customer service whereby she will usually visit  at her client location and customers are allow to drop by her house to see her own collection as well as choose their own design to match with Zenith's collection.</p><p>c). For online business, customers can place their order through her website, and it allows customers to save their time and energy where ever they make their purchases.</p><p>d.)          <description><![CDATA[<p>1)&nbsp;Zenithdivas is involved in direct selling, independent single store and E-commerce which is online shopping. </p>
<p>2)&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 13px;">One of the types customer that Zenithdivas have </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">is really care about the design and up to the date for the fashion. They mind </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">about their outfit and they would not want to have the same design as others, </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">they wanted to have the only one that have that design by choosing their own </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">accessories to mix and match with their outfit. For example they want to have a </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">special design for their heels for their dinner, so they can customise it by </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">themselves.</span></p><p>Next, it is the customer who wants to feel and touch their outfits. The customers usually want to try the outfit before buying, because they can know whether they suit the outfit that they wanted to customise.</p><p>Besides, there are also customers who are following the trend which is online shopping. They are up to date because they know how to shop using the internet. There are those people who stay very far away such as Australia and Mauritius who wanted to buy the product through online. &nbsp;</p>
<p>3)&nbsp;One of the factors that affect the customer’s decision is Zenithdivas provide special service which is she can customise the special and unique pattern &nbsp;and design that
you wanted, while the boutique stores only provide those with only limited
design which the customers may not like it. The customer can now have their own
design and own creation, so they will be satisfied with their own choice. </p><p>Next, Zenithdivas provide online shopping through the internet. Some of the boutiques do not provide online shopping, so it is hard and troublesome for them to go to their shop which might costs a lot of time and money. Through online shopping, they can save a lot of time and money, yet those from overseas can easily buy the product with just a click of button. </p><p>Last but not least, it is the service that Zenithdivas provide. She allows people to come over to her house to try out the accessories and outfits including handbags and heels. Moreover, she also provide such service which is visit at her customer’s location. Boutique stores only open from 8am – 5 pm usually and closes on public holiday but Zenithdivas provide service which is 24hours a day 7 days a week. &nbsp;</p>]]></description>

They want to have unique and special outfit that different from other so they choose to customize their own outfit at Zenithdivas' store.</p><p>3) In my opinion, the factor affecting customers' store choice decision toward Zenithdivas compared to other boutiques are as below.</p><p>Zenithdivas providing customise services. She give the customer the services which can satisfied them in the term different and special with others.</p><p>Zenithdivas provides feel and touch services that usually would not provide at online shopping. She welcome her customer to go to her house for 24 hour. This make her store different with others store that are only open 8 to 12 hour on weekdays.</p><p>Zenithdivas provides online shopping. This make her customer more convinience and won't waste too much time. Besides, this also solve hard to find parking lot problem when go to store to purchase. Other than that, online shopping can attract customer from different countries to view her pages and make purchase. This bring her business toward globally. </p>]]></description>
