erasure is starting with pre-school we are never provided true data/info about the native culture or condition of life or treatment suffered. one strategy for raising a collective voice is more community engagement but also with a focus on education as early as preschool to help children learn about who they are the value they bring as a community and how to have a voice that moves us all forward. (just a thought)
